Continue employment at depressing location with hardly any work, job satisfaction, or decent pay, and um...flittering (vanishing, more like it!) benefits. (Quickly vanishing co-workers, too!)
OR
Go seek a new job in a BLEAK, GRIM, DEPRESSING job market with no real guarantee of finding a) anything that pays better or has better job satisfaction or b) ANYTHING AT ALL.
Hmmm.... What a GRAND choice!
